Mark Elsdon has dedicated much of his professional life to the advertising industry managing numerous successful local and national campaigns since 1987.

Recruited into the advertising industry in 1987 as General Manager of FCB Adelaide, the local office of the largest communications groups in the world, Mark was fully trained by FCB International (head office in Chicago in the US) in brand management, marketing, advertising, creative writing and production.

In 1990 he became CEO and Part Owner of O’Brien McGrath Marketing and Advertising (OBM). Over a 17 year period, Mark grew the business from a boutique local agency with 4 staff into one of the top 50 advertising agencies in Australia. The OBM network included offices in Adelaide and Melbourne, a media agency, production studio and boutique marketing consultancy, Jarvis Marketing.

Mark sold out of the business in 2006 preferring to establish a more boutique local offering where he could be more hands on and nurture a new team of talent.

As leading advertising professional in the Adelaide market for many years, Mark is Owner and Managing Director of the Leader Street Communication Group which includes Jarvis Marketing, OMD Adelaide, Madhouse Creative and Streetwise Digital.

The business is an exciting marketing group that is creative and influential, combining local knowledge and global insights, capable of handling the widest range of clients.
